Individual Therapy

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and having a safe space to sort through your thoughts and emotions can make all the difference. Individual therapy is a one-on-one experience where you’re invited to share your story, explore what feels heavy, and discover new ways to move forward with hope.

At Magnolia Tree Counseling, individual therapy is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re facing anxiety, stress, grief, relationship struggles, or simply want to grow in self-understanding, therapy offers a supportive place to reflect and heal. Together, we’ll work at your pace to uncover patterns, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

All sessions are held online, giving you the flexibility and comfort of connecting from your own home. My goal is to provide a welcoming, compassionate space where you feel truly heard and understood. Therapy isn’t about being “fixed” — it’s about helping you nurture your own strengths and bloom in the season you’re in.

Couples Therapy

Every relationship experiences ups and downs, but sometimes the challenges feel heavier than you can carry alone. Couples therapy offers a supportive space for both partners to be heard, understood, and valued. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be causing disconnection, while working toward stronger communication, deeper trust, and a renewed sense of closeness.

At Magnolia Tree Counseling, all sessions are held online, giving you the privacy and flexibility of connecting from home. Whether you’re navigating conflict, recovering from a breach of trust, adjusting to life transitions, or simply wanting to strengthen your bond, therapy provides the tools and guidance to help your relationship grow.

Couples therapy isn’t about choosing sides — it’s about creating a safe and balanced space where both voices matter, and where healing and connection can take root.
